Stellant Systems, Inc. 
strengthened its executive leadership team with the selection of David Scott as General Manager of the Williamsport, PA facility.
David is responsible for driving operational performance and process improvements at the Williamsport, PA site and reports to Stellant’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Steve Shpock.
David brings 30 years of operational leadership experience which has included roles as VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for a variety of companies which serve Aerospace, Defense, Commercial and Industrial markets. While at Vitec Group PLC, David was VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for several business units, overseeing broadcast microwave production, RF technology integration and conformal antenna production. Prior to joining Stellant, David was Chief Operating Officer for RelaDyne, Inc’s PPC Division.
David has both a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pennsylvania State University.
