AOC Foundation Announces 2026 Scholarship Recipients
The AOC Educational Foundation has announced the recipients of its 2026 scholarships, recognizing outstanding students and veterans pursuing careers in electromagnetic warfare EW and spectrum operations.
Since 1986, the AOC Foundation has helped students and veterans turn their passion for engineering, physics, and the electromagnetic spectrum into careers in defense and national security. This year’s class of recipients continues that legacy.
STEM Student of the Year Scholarships
Funded by RTX, the STEM Student of the Year Scholarships go to:

- Jack Whitman, University of Notre Dame
From Service to Scholar Scholarships
Sponsored by Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., the From Service to Scholar Scholarships go to:
- Alec August, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
- Elizabeth Cunniff, Wright State University
- Stanley Gelin, Georgia Institute of Technology
