AOC Welcomes New Director of Strategic Partnerships and Training

The Association of Old Crows (AOC), a professional organization dedicated to advancing the fields of electronic warfare, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and cyber capabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Brock as the inaugural Director of Strategic Partnerships and Training. This new position underscores AOC’s commitment to fostering collaborations and enhancing the professional development of its members.

Michael Brock, a retired US Army Officer with over 33 years of experience, brings seasoned expertise in leading soldiers and Department of Defense civilians. His ability to address complex challenges across Joint Warfighting Functions signals a new era of innovation and progress.

In his new role, Mr. Brock will identify and nurture strategic collaborations that align with AOC’s vision for innovation and excellence in electronic warfare. This effort includes engaging with industry leaders, government agencies, and international partners to enhance AOC’s impact on the global stage. Additionally, he will develop and oversee training initiatives that empower AOC members to continue their professional growth, expand their skill sets, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s objectives.
