The Association of Old Crows (AOC) is thrilled to announce that the Secretary of the Navy, The Honorable Carlos Del Toro, will be delivering a keynote address on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at AOC 2023, the AOC’s 60th Annual International Symposium & Convention. This highly anticipated event, themed ” Advancing EMS Superiority Through Strategic Alliances and Partnerships,” will take place from Dec. 11-13 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
